Terms and Conditions

TERMS: Applicant is hereby advised, and if granted, accepts terms as Due on Receipt. Invoices are due 15 days from date of service. Accounts past due 30days will be assessed a service charge of 11⁄2% per month (18% annually). PureTap, Inc. reserves the right to limit or cancel credit at any time. Applicant also agrees to pay all collection fees, court fees, and legal fees incurred to collect delinquent accounts. Following completion of “Terms and Conditions” either the client or Pure Tap, Inc. may cancel this contract with written notice. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you agree to pay for the cost of the credit card fees. Prices subject to market changes without notice. Sales tax not included in quote price.
CLAIMS: All claims must be reported by written memorandum within 15 days of receipt of goods, lest all consideration be waived.
CHOICE OF LAW: This contract is hereby deemed by the parties to have been accepted and made in the State of Minnesota, and the law in the State of Minnesota as of the date of this Agreement shall govern the validity of this contract.
FORUM SELECTION:
The undersigned hereby consents, on behalf of applicant to jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota, and further agrees that any dispute or legal action concerning this Agreement, including any arbitration or litigation proceeding, shall be conducted in the state or federal courts of Washington County, Minnesota.
PAYMENT:
ACH and Credit Card payment are preferred payment methods. Your payment method on file will not be charged until we confirm the service has been completed. You will receive a receipt of payment upon processing. By using an ACH or Credit Card for payments you will receive an estimated 15%discounted rate. If you choose not to use these payment methods and mail your payment you are agreeing to the following: Your price of service will be increased by an estimated 15% per visit. Payment is due upon receipt and should be mailed to: Pure Tap, Inc. 6053 Hudson Rd. Suite 120, Woodbury, MN55125. Technicians are not allowed to accept any payments. You can call: (651)604-7873 to set up or make any payments. Late payments will be accessed a1.5% fee each month. If your payment is not received prior to the next scheduled service your account will be suspended until the full balance is received.
